VINIFICATION: |
The wine was made from specific blocks. The grapes were brought into the cellar at around 21.5°B, de-stemmed, left on the skins for 3 hours to extract a sensual pink lingerie colour and then pressed to a settling tank. Fermentation was completed in 12 days, at 16°C with 3 specialised yeast stains. The wine was left on the lees for 2 months before bottling. |

TASTING NOTES: |
A wine made from specially picked Cab/Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot grapes. The wines has an inviting pink rose hue with rich cranberry, strawberry, gooseberry and papaya fruits. This combined with mid palate intensify and summer fresh acidity leads to a pleasurable drinking experience. |
